Pre-Approved Builders
The following builders, and their affiliates, are pre-approved builders

  • Hoty Builders, LLC
  • Prete Builders
  • Lichtle Construction

 

Approval Process for Other Proposed Builders
  • The Architectural Review Committee will review plans for, and tour, at least two (2) fully completed homes previously built by the proposed builder.
  • The Architectural Review Committee must receive at least one (1) letter of reference from a homeowner for whom the proposed builder has constructed a residence.
  • In the event the proposed builder cannot meet these requirements, the Architectural Review Committee may review other information submitted by the proposed builder.
  • The Architectural Review Committee will then make a recommendation as to the approval, conditional approval or disapproval of the proposed builder.

This pre-approval process is not a guarantee or representation as to the quality or aesthetic appeal of a residence.
