Can I bring my own builder?

If your builder is not on our pre-approved builder list, your builder will have to become approved prior to commencement of construction on your home.

Can I build a single-story house?

Single-story homes are permitted.  The predominant ceiling height of a single-story home must be at least 10 feet high.

Is there a homeowner’s association, and if so, what are the annual fees?

There is a homeowner’s association.  The annual fee is currently $350.00.

Will there be sidewalks?

There are sidewalks in the development.  Each lot owner is responsible for the installation, including cost, of the sidewalk.

Can I have a swimming pool (play gym, sand box, etc.)?

In-ground swimming pools and other recreational structures are permitted on a lot.  These types of improvements must be placed or constructed behind the residence.

Can I have a shed?

Sheds and other outbuildings are not permitted on a lot.

Can I build a fence?

Decorative fences are permitted around the perimeter of the back portion of a lot.  All fences, walls, and such similar improvements must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to installation. 

What school system would my kids go to, and is there busing?

Children living in Angel’s Path may attend public school through Perkins Township Schools.  Busing is available.  If you would like more information regarding Perkins Township Schools you may visit their website at www.perkins.k12.oh.us.
